In the year 1968-1969, one of the major leaders of the fresh fruit trade in the Middle East, Mr. Marzouq Mansour, ordered the first citrus and apples treating line from Mr. Tony Bou Chalhoub, and due to the success of the lines supplied to Mr. Mansour, almost every major trader of fresh fruits was placing an order for a new cleaning, waxing, sorting and packing lines.
